Kidz Rock! Inc. is Shutting Its Doors

Friends,

I wanted to let you all know that, effective immediately, Kidz Rock! Inc. will be shutting its doors.

After 9+ years of fighting inertia and great out of pocket expense, I have decided to pull the plug on Kidz Rock! Inc. What little money we have left in our coffers will be donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in accordance with applicable federal and state laws (and our by-laws) regarding the dissolution of a not-for-profit.

Thank you all for the help and support that you have provided to Kidz Rock! Inc. and to our mission. I really do appreciate it. You all rock!
